There are several types of Real Estate Inspections that PREMIER INSPECTION SERVICES performs in the Kansas City metro area. All Inspections are performed according to ASHI Standards of Practice.
The following services that PREMIER INSPECTION SERVICES provides are mostly based on square footage of the finished living space. Total square footage will be determined by the inspector at time of inspection. Please be sure of correct square footage before scheduling your inspection to avoid any confusion and or possible unexpected fees. Our fees are Up-Front and Honest.
PREMIER INSPECTION believes in no hidden fees such as whirlpool tubs, crawl spaces or zoned heating, (ect.)
